My name is Seongsu Cho, a practicting dentist in the City of Seoul.
Please call me “Paul”, as I am commonly known by this name, in English.
I graduated from dental college in 1989 and have been practicing dentistry for more then 20 years. After finishing 3 years of military service, I started my private practice.
My dental office is located in the Sadang neighborhood of Seoul.
To provide you with some background information, I currently have many English speaking patients that I met through my many American friends. By talking with them, I came to learn that many people that are not Korean natives and are living here in Seoul have difficulty finding suitable dental clinics to render dental services to them.

One of the main focuses tin my practice is that I am specialized in that
I use a surgical microscope which enables me to provide my patients with a definitive preciseness in all of my dental services.
Specific benefits for patients using the surgical microscope are as follows:
First off, it’s absolutely tremendous. Boldly speaking, the difference
between dentistry without using the microscope (naked eye dentistry) and using the microscope can be contrasted as such in that a person can be legally blind and at the other and of the spectrum, have 20/20 eyesight. This instrument provides the precision necessary for outstanding results in today’s very competitive field of dentistry. A patient can be assured that they will have a professional, such as myself, provide them with the confidence they so desire in the rendering of their dental needs before being seated in the dental chair at the Faith Dental Clinic.
Secondly, I use the microscope in most conventional procedures such as root canal treatment, crown and bridge preparation and operative procedures. In the future, I plan to expand the application of the microscope to many more surgical areas such as implantology and cosmetic periodontal surgeries. Being a member of Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry (www.microscopedentistry.com), I continue to expand my educational background year after year and collaborate world-wide, with my professional colleagues that also use the microscope.
Lastly, I would like you to Know that I employ the use of a laser and painless anesthesia system with all of my patients. Using a dental conbeam CT provides the patient with the benefits a more accurate diagnosis and dental treatment plan.
